PROMOTIONS
From time to time we may offer promotional discount codes on our website. Please note that promotional codes are not valid on sale items.
PAYMENT
Payment on the Label MB website is taken through PayPal. PayPal is the most preferred way to pay online in the UK because it is safer and faster. PayPal stores and safeguards your card and bank details, enabling you to pay online without entering your sensitive financial information every time you shop. You speed through checkout in just a few clicks, PayPal takes the payment from your card or bank directly, and your payment details are never shared on the internet. Label MB does not receive your card details. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can create one here at www.paypal.com. You can also pay directly using your debit or credit card without creating a PayPal account.
ORDERS
Delivery Destination
We currently deliver within the UK and overseas. If you are based outside of the UK, please contact us via email at the following address for further advice on shipping: info@labelmb.com.
Order Processing
We aim to process your order within 24-48 hours of receiving payment and will advise you on despatch of your goods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel and order at any time.
Delivery of your goods
We use Royal Mail for the majority of our deliveries. In some instances, we may use an alternative (e.g. DHL, UPS, Parcelforce etc.) if we feel this is a more appropriate method for the delivery of your items, or where a particular delivery service is not available in your given postcode. This may impact on estimated delivery times. We will inform you of instances where this is the case. Our estimated delivery timescales exclude weekends, Bank Holidays and public holidays, however this depending on your local delivery service.
For the safety of your goods, our parcels will require a signature on receipt. If you are not available at the delivery address to accept your parcel, the carrier may return the parcel to the local depot and leave a calling card to let you know that this has been done and how to arrange a redelivery/collection of your parcel. Parcels which are not collected from the delivery office within 7 days of a failed delivery attempt will be returned to us. Label MB reserves the right to charge a redelivery fee for a second delivery attempt.
Orders shipped to non UK addresses may be subject to duties and taxes. Label MB cannot be held responsible for any such charges incurred.
Label MB cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by the courier, for example for adverse weather conditions which may cause the carrier to incur delays.
RETURNS
Replacements for faulty items will be sent out free of charge, upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Refunds can only be returned via the original payment method.
If you change your mind about an item you have received, you may return it in its full packaging within 7 days, provided it is unused. You must also return any free items that may have been sent to you. Failiure to return any additonal items will result in a reduction in the refund of your item, based on the website RRP of the free item when it was sent. A fee of 25% of the total order will be retained in instances where returned items appear used or where the full packaging is missing. We recommend that you use a trackable method to return the items to us as we cannot be held responsible for loss, theft or damage to items which are being returned. We regret that we are unable to refund the original delivery fee. If you require any further information, feel free to contact us.
